REFUND POLICY
We want all terms to be clear before you purchase Alpha Heights.
Eligibility for a Refund
A refund may be requested only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You have followed the programme for the full six months.
- You followed the programme in the order set out in the Start Here guide.
- You completed the required tracker every week from day one through month six.
- Your logged measurements show no improvement during the full six-month period.
- You contact us within 30 days of completing month six.
- Your refund request is sent from the same email address used during checkout.
- You provide the relevant dated tracker sheets and supporting progress records for review.
Digital Product Policy
Alpha Heights contains instant-access digital content. Because access to the product is provided immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Not having enough time to follow the programme
- Failure to follow the programme consistently
- Failure to complete the required trackers
- Failure to follow the programme for the required six-month period
- Expecting guaranteed or specific results
Access or Delivery Issues
If your payment was successful but you did not receive access to the digital product, this is considered a delivery issue rather than a refund request.
Contact us and we will review the purchase and help restore or provide access where appropriate.
